Alternatively, you may download the blank Forms and save them on your computer (right-click and then choose "Save Target as ...").  When you need to use one of the Forms, you would access it from your computer.  But keep in mind that should you use the Forms this way, you may not be using the most up to date version (you would have to compare those on your computer with those on this webpage).

When you use these Forms, please do not alter them other than by filling in the blanks (for example, do not add, alter or delete a footer to include your file number).  Should you alter a Form, it may not be accepted by the Registrar.
